We are on our first big trip with Riis. It’s one thing to travel with one child and a completly new thing to travel with two now. Not to mention a 12 day old newborn.
The 5 hour trip to Lincoln took 2 hours longer as we stopped for feeding and diapering. McDonalds was the choice place to stop. Cheap snacks, usually clean bathrooms and friendly to our 5 year old. I can’t forget to mention the WiFi for me. Hopefully we will figure out the beat places to stop between Columbia and Lincoln.
One thing we know for sure is that traveling with the baby is extra tiring. We can’t decide if we are brave or stupid for making the trip.
